PROCEDURE NOTES
stop 1 cm cephalad to very, help prevent retrograde ejec. Then go around side
High median bar is high bladder neck
Prostate is pressed, then parts removed ti will rebound back due to spring release of pressure
Know go too far when reach capsule (fibrous tissue)
T:40cc in 22F 30cc foley
10 lasix at end of case
Tramadol
Colace
1hr traction, then off traction for 30-40 minutes to check for bleeding
light pink is okay
come back 48-72hr for TOV
T: Tape to keep foley on
Bond on large part of leg
silk tape large over area
Tape around foley pulling down x3
put 4x4 around foley base
put silk tape on top
Flush foley with 60cc to check bleeding
